Security, privacy and honest promises
This page is maintained by Entry to answer common security and privacy questions about the Entry service. It describes current practices, it is not an independent certification.
Access & authentication
- Role-based access across customer, agent, partner and administrator roles.
- Least-privilege defaults: partners see only the cases assigned to them.
- Every privileged action is written to an immutable audit trail.
Document handling
- Documents are uploaded over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled storage.
- OCR assistance highlights mismatches for a human to verify, it never decides on its own.
- Rejected or superseded files remain versioned so nothing is silently replaced.
Data use & AI
- Entry uses AI to organise your information and draft recommendations. Licensed professionals review regulated work before it is filed.
- AI outputs on regulated matters are reviewed by a licensed professional before filing.
- You are asked for explicit consent before any information is shared with a professional partner or provider.
Retention & deletion
- Case data is retained for the period required to complete and evidence the service.
- You can request export or deletion of your Entry Identity profile at any time.
- Retention windows and data-residency settings are configurable by Entry administrators.
Transparency
- Entry is a private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency. Government fees are always shown separately.
- Entry does not guarantee any government approval or government processing time. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.
- Entry service fees, professional fees, government fees and third-party costs are always itemised separately.
Reporting a concern
- Security concerns can be reported to the Entry security contact and are acknowledged and triaged.
- Complaints about a professional partner are escalated to the Entry standards owner for that jurisdiction.
