Terms of service
Using the Entry app, planning a trip, working with your AI copilot and choosing a service.
Version 2.1 · effective 21 October 2026 · version history
Who we are
Entry provides travel planning tools, an AI copilot, document organization and access to supported travel and immigration services. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Government forms can be obtained directly from the relevant authority, usually at a lower cost than using a paid service.
Planning, recommendations and bookings
An itinerary, saved idea, chat response or quoted budget is not a booking. Availability, prices, cancellation terms and provider coverage can change. Before a purchase or application submission, review the provider, the service, the full amount and the applicable terms. A planning request, Vault unlock or group invitation does not authorize payment or government submission.
Some services take you to a provider to finish signing in, checking out or confirming an action. We may receive a commission from a partner when you complete an eligible booking through our link. A provider handoff is not proof of a confirmed booking; check the provider's confirmation. The immigration-service provisions below apply when you choose that service, not to every use of the app.
Your copilot and shared trips
Ava and Alfred are AI companions. Their suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important travel requirements and service details with the relevant authority or provider. Joining a shared trip gives the access shown in the invitation, not access to another traveler's private account. Group messages are visible to accepted members from when they joined. Do not post information you do not want the group to see. Removing someone stops future access; it cannot retract copies they already kept.
Your device Vault
Device Vault is a private, encrypted library on your device, separate from online account and application records. Keep your unlock passphrase and an encrypted backup safe. Signing in on another device does not automatically restore this library. Clearing app or browser data, losing a device or forgetting the passphrase can make it unrecoverable. Review each transfer and any request to use a saved field or file.
Connected services and alerts
eSIM plans require a compatible, unlocked device and supported coverage. Installation and the start of a plan's validity depend on the selected plan; review those details before buying. Notifications and location-based help depend on your permission, device settings and connectivity. Delivery is not guaranteed. Continue checking official deadlines and your provider's updates. Features labelled coming soon are not active services.
A paid service we run on your behalf
Entry is a paid, managed service. You are engaging us to take the work off your hands: we assess the route, prepare the case, assemble the professional team it needs and run the matter through to a decision, acting on your behalf and on your instructions. Our fee is charged for that handling and coordination. It is not a government charge, and the same applications can be pursued by you directly with the relevant authority.
Where a form, portal or authority requires it, you appoint Entry, or the professional we assign, as your authorised representative or agent for the matter. We will tell you what you are signing, act only within the scope you authorise, and you may withdraw that authority in writing at any time.
What the service includes
- An eligibility assessment and route recommendation based on the answers you give in intake.
- A written quote covering our professional fee and, where known, the government fee.
- Preparation, review and where applicable submission of your application, with a document checklist and case updates in your portal.
- Assembly and management of every specialist your case needs, including licensed immigration lawyers or registered advisers, in-country agents, translators, notaries, couriers and document retrieval services.
- Regulated legal advice, where your case needs it, delivered by a licensed partner firm we assign and disclose to you.
- A single point of contact and a single invoice, so you deal with us rather than with each professional separately.
How we engage the professional team
Entry selects, instructs and pays the professionals working on your matter, unless we tell you in writing that a cost must be paid by you directly. Legal advice and any regulated representation are delivered by appropriately licensed lawyers, attorneys or registered advisers, who remain responsible for their own advice under their own engagement terms and regulator. Entry is not a law firm and does not supervise regulated legal judgement; we manage the case, the timeline and the deliverables around it.
You consent to us sharing the information and documents in your case file with those professionals and providers so they can do the work. We disclose who is engaged on your matter before their work begins, and we may substitute an equivalently qualified professional where availability, jurisdiction or conflict rules require it.
What Entry is not
Entry is not a law firm and, unless your engagement says otherwise in writing for the specific contracting entity, Entry does not provide legal advice or regulated immigration advice. Using Entry does not create a lawyer-client relationship with Entry, and communications with Entry are not privileged. Where your matter needs regulated advice, an independent licensed professional is engaged and identified to you, and that relationship is governed by their own engagement terms. This is set out in full in the service provider and professional services disclosure.
The authority you give us
You give Entry a limited, revocable authority to prepare, review and coordinate your matter, and, where the authority permits it and you have expressly confirmed it, to lodge the application. Entry never submits anything you have not reviewed and approved. The scope, the exclusions and how to revoke it are set out in the customer authorisation and consent document.
Automated assistance
Entry uses automated systems for intake structuring, eligibility screening, indicative pricing and document checks. That output is informational, can be wrong, and is not a decision about your eligibility. Low-confidence and high-risk matters are routed to a person, and to a licensed professional where required. See the AI and automated processing disclosure.
Electronic records and signatures
The service is delivered electronically. You consent to receiving contracts, disclosures and case records electronically and to signing electronically, on the terms of the electronic communications and e-sign consent. You may request paper copies.
Country and service supplements
Where your destination, your residence or the specific service requires additional terms, a supplement is presented before you pay and forms part of this agreement. Precedence between documents is set out in the supplemental terms framework.
What we cannot promise
Approvals, processing times and interview slots are decided solely by the relevant authority. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a visa, permit, passport or travel authorization, and no timeline we quote is binding on any government. Estimates and eligibility scores are informational, not legal advice, unless a licensed adviser has been formally engaged on your matter.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. False or misleading information can lead to refusal, bans or prosecution and is your responsibility alone.
- Respond to document requests and deadlines in time. Cases delayed by missing information may be paused or closed.
- Keep your portal credentials and magic links private.
- Pay government fees that must be paid by you directly, where the authority requires it.
Fees, deposits and payment
Prices shown are Entry service fees unless stated otherwise. That fee is what you pay us to handle the matter on your behalf, and it covers our case management plus the licensed lawyers, advisers, agents, translators and other specialists we engage for you, unless a cost is listed separately on your quote.
Government fees are separate and are passed through at cost, with no mark-up. Third-party costs that we cannot fix in advance, such as courier, notarisation, medical examinations or document retrieval, are shown as their own line when known and billed at cost when not. For higher-value matters we take a deposit of $149 to open the case, which is credited in full against your final balance. Some cases are quoted manually after review, in which case the price shown before assessment is indicative only.
Partner firms and providers
Where regulated work is required, Entry engages and instructs a licensed partner firm on your behalf. Their professional advice is governed by their own engagement terms and regulatory obligations, which we will share with you before that work begins. Entry remains your point of contact for scheduling, documents, billing and case updates across every provider involved.
Acceptable use
You may not use Entry to submit applications for someone without their authority, to upload forged documents, to scrape or reverse engineer the platform, or to interfere with its security or availability. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules and report unlawful activity.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed travel, lost bookings or lost earnings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the professional fees you paid us on the case in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Entry at any time, subject to the refund policy. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
Complaints and disputes
Raise any complaint with us first. Write to concierge@entry.com with your case reference. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to resolve within 30 days. If we cannot agree, either side may pursue the matter through the courts of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Entry entity is established, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country of residence gives you the right to bring the claim locally, which it retains. Complaints about the advice of an independent professional are handled by that professional and, if unresolved, by their regulator.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Entry entity is established, without displacing any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. The contracting entity, its registered address and its registration details are stated on your order confirmation and invoice, and are available on request.
Versions
These terms carry a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page. The version that applies to your matter is the one in force when you placed your order. Superseded versions are archived and listed in the legal centre. We give notice of material changes to active customers by email.
