Customer authorisation and consent
A limited, revocable authority to act on defined tasks for your matter. It is not a general power of attorney.
Version 1.0 · effective 5 August 2026 · version history
What you authorise
- Collecting, organising, reviewing and storing the information and documents you provide.
- Preparing and populating application forms, cover letters, checklists and supporting schedules using the information you supplied.
- Corresponding with providers, professionals, courier services, translators and appointment centres on your behalf about your matter.
- Booking appointments, biometric slots and courier collections where you have asked us to.
- Paying government and third-party fees on your behalf out of amounts you have paid to Entry for that purpose.
- Where the authority permits it and you have specifically confirmed it, lodging or submitting the prepared application.
Pre-submission review is required
Entry does not submit anything you have not seen. Before any application is lodged, Entry presents the final prepared package for your review. You must confirm that the information and documents are true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and expressly authorise the submission. That confirmation is recorded with the date, time and the exact wording you agreed to.
If you do not confirm, nothing is submitted. Entry may pause the matter and, where the delay causes an appointment or deadline to lapse, rebooking costs may apply.
What this authority does not cover
- It is not a general power of attorney. It applies only to the matter described in your order.
- Entry will not sign a declaration, statutory statement or attestation in your name where the authority requires your personal signature.
- Entry will not represent you before a court or tribunal. Only an appropriately licensed professional may do that, under their own engagement.
- Entry will not advise you on the law. Where legal advice is needed, an independent professional is engaged and disclosed to you.
- Entry will not alter a factual answer you have given. Where an answer appears inconsistent, we raise it with you and you decide.
Authorising on behalf of someone else
If you are adding a spouse, partner, child or other family member to an order, you confirm you have their authority, or parental or legal authority, to provide their personal data and to authorise these services for them. Adults added to a matter may be asked to confirm their own authorisation directly.
Document handling
Documents you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled store and shared only with the professionals and providers who need them for your matter. Original physical documents, where we handle them, are tracked and returned by trackable courier. Entry is not responsible for loss or damage caused by a carrier or an authority once a document has left our custody, beyond the carrier's own liability.
Withdrawing this authority
You may withdraw this authorisation at any time in writing to concierge@entry.com. Withdrawal takes effect when we receive it and does not undo work already performed or costs already committed. Fees are then settled under the fees, payments, refunds and cancellation policy. An application already lodged with an authority cannot be recalled by Entry; you would need to withdraw it with that authority directly.
