Country and service supplemental terms

Immigration rules are local. Where a country or a service needs terms of its own, they attach to your order on top of the global terms.

Version 1.0 · effective 5 August 2026 · version history

How supplements work

The terms of service apply to every Entry order. Where the destination country, your country of residence, or the specific service requires additional or different terms, a supplement is presented to you before you pay and forms part of your agreement. The supplement that applies is the version in force on the date of your order, and it is recorded with your order.

Order of precedence

  • Any mandatory consumer or professional-regulation rule of the applicable jurisdiction, which always prevails.
  • The engagement terms of an independent professional, for that professional's own work.
  • The country or service supplement attached to your order.
  • Your order confirmation and quote.
  • These global terms of service and the other Entry legal documents.

What a supplement typically covers

  • Who may lawfully give immigration advice or act as a representative in that jurisdiction, and how Entry's role is limited accordingly.
  • Any registration, bonding, written-contract or mandatory-notice requirement imposed on non-attorney assistance.
  • Statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights, and how they interact with work already performed.
  • Local data-protection requirements, including transfer mechanisms and any additional consents.
  • Language requirements, including where a contract must be provided in the local language.
  • Government fee handling where the authority requires the applicant to pay directly.
